We offer a 14-day return policy for our products. The product must be returned in saleable condition and preferably in its original packaging so that it can withstand transport back to our warehouse.

When returning a product to the store, please fill out the return form.

Note: Please do not make any markings directly on the original sales packaging.

1. Packaging: Please pack the product carefully in its original packaging.
2. Fill out the return form: Complete the online return form shown below.
3. Order number: Include your order number with the return shipment — we need it to identify your order.
4. Return: Take the package to a Matkahuolto service point and use the return code “Mattokeidas Oy Customer Return 9556455.”
   
   Alternatively, you can return the product directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

4. Return: After submitting the form, your return notification will be registered in our system. We will contact you shortly with further instructions regarding the product return.

Product Exchange: You can exchange a product by placing a new order in our online store.

Steps:

1. Place and pay for a new order in our online store.
2. Return the original product using the return instructions mentioned above.

Note: Packages that are not collected are not considered returns and will incur both shipping and return costs.

The return fee within Finland is €7.90, which will be deducted from the total amount of the returned products.
The same return fee applies to shipments returned uncollected from the carrier. Returns are free of charge when the product is returned directly to a Mattokeidas store in Tampere or Turku.

The return fee for other EU countries is €19.90.

We refund the shipping cost of the order. If only part of the order is returned, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
