
Delivery method and costs
You can view the shipping costs for your order after selecting your preferred payment and delivery method.
We deliver orders as registered shipments (e.g., postal parcels) or unregistered deliveries, where registered parcels can be tracked using a tracking number.
Delivery time
Typical delivery times within Finland are 2–5 business days from the time your order is received, depending on the chosen delivery method.
We also offer international shipping.

Exceptions to Delivery Costs
Large Shipment Fee: A large shipment fee of €39.00 applies to all terrace rugs ordered by the roll (400 cm width).
These products are automatically shipped as home deliveries directly to the customer’s doorstep.
Each product page clearly indicates if a large shipment fee applies, and the additional delivery charge will also be visible on the cart and checkout pages.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
For custom-made products and other special orders, the delivery time may be longer — typically 1 to 4 weeks.
Please note that public holidays may cause slight delivery delays.
The exact delivery time depends on product availability and the destination of the shipment.
In-Store Pickup
When collecting your order from our Tampere or Turku store, please wait for a separate notification (text message) confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
Rug Sample Orders
Delivery times for rug sample orders may vary depending on the availability of pre-made samples and the current workload of our edging department.
We continuously aim to produce ready-made samples of our custom-made rugs to speed up delivery times.
Delivery Delays and Communication
If the delivery time of your product differs significantly from what was stated at the time of purchase, our customer service will contact you.
We always strive to provide the fastest possible deliveries and to keep you informed of any potential delays.
Delivery delays may occur, for example, when a product is temporarily out of stock at the manufacturer.
Force Majeure & Seasonal Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates, and during peak seasons, deliveries may take longer than usual.
We reserve the right to modify our delivery terms at any time. By using our services, the customer accepts these terms.
Mattokeidas Oy (Mattokeidas.fi) is not responsible for price or order errors caused by technical issues. A technical pricing error does not bind the retailer if the mistake is clearly obvious — for example, if the product price differs significantly from its actual market value.
Please note that rug sizes may vary by 3–5%, and color shades may differ slightly between dye lots or production batches.
