Sandor Natur is a hand-woven rug whose natural, beige, and sandy tones bring warmth to your interior. The checkered pattern in the center of the rug and the patterned borders surrounding it create a harmonious whole. The subdued color palette allows the pattern to stand out and makes the rug easy to coordinate with other materials in your home.
Made of 100% wool with a smooth tufted weave, Sandor is a practical rug for everyday use. Wool is naturally dirt-repellent, and both sides of this reversible rug can be used. Its thin, flexible structure highlights the look of traditional weaving.
Sandor is part of the IH Collection. It’s a beautiful choice for a home that values natural materials, calm tones, and timeless patterns.
Sandor pairs particularly well with wooden furniture, linen textiles, and leather accents. In the living room, the patterned borders define the sofa set as a cohesive unit. In the bedroom, the natural tones complement the serene atmosphere.
Pair Sandor with a solid-color sofa or throw to let the rug’s pattern shine. With light-colored furniture, the overall look remains serene, while next to dark wood, the rug’s lighter details stand out.
Kelim is a weaving technique used to create smooth, thin, and flexible rugs. In Sandor, the pattern is created as part of the weaving process, and the woolen surface brings the feel of a natural material to your interior.
The rug can be used on either side. Flip and rotate it regularly to ensure even wear. Slight variations in the hand-woven fabric are part of each rug’s unique character.
Sandor Natur is available in sizes 160 × 230 and 200 × 290 cm.
For your living room, choose a size that accommodates the front legs of your sofa. This way, the rug ties the sofa, table, and armchairs together as a cohesive group. If a standard size doesn’t fit the proportions of your furniture, ask about the custom-made option.
Vacuum the rug regularly without using a rotating brush. Avoid robot vacuums and turbo brushes.
Remove small stains immediately with a damp sponge and a small amount of dish soap. Do not rub; instead, blot dry with a clean cotton cloth. Professional flat-bed cleaning is recommended for washing the entire rug.
